UTOPIA ENTERTAINMENT TEAMS UP WITH THE SOCIETY FOR THE PROMOTION OF JAPANESE ANIMATION IN THE CREATION OF THE "WORLD'S FIRST INTERACTIVE LASER SHOW" FOR THE 2010 ANIME EXPO
June 28, 2010 - Utopia entertainment Inc, is thrilled to announce its partnership with the Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation (SPJA) in the creation of the “World’s First Interactive Laser Show”. The show will be presented on July 1-3 at the 2010 Anime Expo (AX) in Los Angeles from 8:30-9:00.
This annual event is considered to be largest anime and manga convention in the nation as well as the most anticipated event by anime die-hards. This expo serves to foster trade and commerce between the general public and the animation industry. In facilitating this event it has been SJPA’s mission to popularize and educate the American public as well as provide an avenue in which professional and fans can mingle and communicate about their passions in anime production.
AX 2010 is promised to be jam packed with spectacular performances from live J-pop bands including AKB48 and RSP and Japanese Actress Saki Aibu. On top of performers, interactive activities for the Anime attendees will include Ax Idol, theatrical play, karaoke and Utopia’s production of the world’s first interactive laser show.
“With pulsating music, professional dancers, laser lights, and glow sticks SPJA and Utopia intend on producing an interactive anime laser show that is sure to surpass its audience with unparallel excitement,” states, CEO of Utopia Entertainment, Norman Kahn. Utopia will be responsible for the design and development in producing this unforgettable light extravaganza that is to be filled with not only anime laser graphics but also an opportunity for the audience to get involved by jamming to the latest j-pop beats. The way this will work, is the audience will be taught a choreographed dance before the show and instructed to recreated the steps during the laser light show with their neon colored glow sticks. Utopia and SPJA anticipates a turnout of at least 2,000 people a night capping off the fun filled anime days with a just a little taste of spectacular.
