UTOPIA ENTERTAINMENT AIDS ORANGE COUNTY IN ITS ANNUAL GREAT PARK ANNIVERARY--CELEBRATE 5!
June 30, 2010 – Utopia Entertainment, Inc. takes flight with the City of Irvine in producing Orange County’s 5th Great Park Anniversary Celebration. The theme of this year’s event is CELEBRATE 5! and will be held on July 10, 2010 with an expected attendance of 15,000 people. This event spotlights the amazing transformation of a former marine base into a breathtaking community oasis. The Great Park Anniversary invites its visitors to come experience the growth of this park as it expands its routes into more community friendly activities.
Utopia is honored to work side by side with the Great Park’s staff for its second consecutive year. Our enthusiasm can be reflected in our bigger and better attractions, which focus on celebrating the park’s past, present and future. In addition to exciting entertainment, the event will also play host to educational venues that support the history and the original roots of the park; highlighting both its agricultural and military past. Children’s hands-on activities are also a major anchor to the broad array of offerings and shall be custom-themed to the event creating a truly unique and memorable experience for the residents of Orange County. In honor of this year’s CELEBRATE 5! event we have spectacular additions such as F-18 flyovers, laser lights shows, 5 themed zones, group parachute stunts and many more outrageous aerial acrobats.

Utopia Entertainment will act as the Event Producer and shall provide event planning services, production management, graphic design, décor design, production & technical services and will work directly with the Great Park team, their local sponsors and volunteers to produce a wonderful community event.
The Orange County Great Park, when completed, will span 1,347 acres, and will act as the focal point of the redevelopment of the 4,700-acre former Marine Corps Air Station at El Toro. It will include extensive natural areas and open space, in addition to recreational and cultural uses. Currently, the Preview Park is the first full-use public facility within the Great Park and is home to the iconic Great Park Balloon, which soars up to 400-feet high.
