UTOPIA ENTERTAINMENT AND SEAWORLD SAN DIEGO CELEBRATE 5 TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF PETS RULE!

April 3, 2007 – Utopia Entertainment originally designed and produced the domestic animal show, (which features over 200 animals), that is now entering its 5 th year of operations.

Utopia Entertainment teamed with Joel Slaven’s Professional Animals and the creative team of SeaWorld San Diego to create a truly unique and world-class animal production.

“The audience still loves the show, and why not? A show of this nature continues to evolve into a more fluid and entertaining experience as the animals mature and become more accustomed to their performances. The show just gets better and better,” stated Daniel Burzlaff, the creator of Pets Rule and President of Utopia Entertainment.

One key element to the production and of all of SeaWorld’s pet shows across the country is the message of adoption. According to Joel Slaven, “many of the animals seen in these productions are rescued from animal shelters, in some cases because their owners thought them to be un-trainable.” The show makes a point to educate the guests on the wonderful opportunities that await them behind the caged doors of their local animal shelter.

The show will officially enter its 5 th year of continuous operation in May, 2007 and at that time, it’s estimated that Pets Rule will have been performed roughly 3,600 times.
