UTOPIA ENTERTAINMENT AWARDED 5TH CONSECUTIVE DESIGN AND PRODUCTION PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF IRVINE AND BEVERLY HILLS
September 01, 2010 – It’s official Utopia Entertainment, has been chosen again! Utopia has recently been awarded its 5th consecutive project for the design and production of community events for The City Beverly Hills and The Orange County Great Park.
“Being asked to return as the event production team by a client is the biggest compliment we could ever receive and Utopia is excited for the opportunity. Annual events like these allow us to enhance our efforts from the previous year and build momentum to produce a memorable event,” stated Daniel Burzlaff, Utopia President.
Beverly Hills has contracted Utopia Entertainment for the 5th consecutive year to design and produce this year’s Beverly Hills “Deck the Hills” initiative. Excited to be reselected, Utopia has begun cooking up ideas to sprinkle Beverly Hills with an exciting bit of Christmas spirit. Local residents and visitors alike will share the opportunity to be dazzled by Beverly Hills’ unique and festive, holiday mood. Famed streets such as Rodeo Drive, Wilshire Blvd., North Beverly Drive and more shall bask in the warm glow of holiday charm. Several downtown buildings will also get into the spirit by being ‘wrapped’ with holiday ribbons and bows. Other decorations to be expected this year include, Christmas twinkle lights, festive banners, themed Jolly Trolley, and last but not least, Santa, his sleigh and all of his reindeer flying night and day over Wilshire Blvd.
As for the Orange County Great Park, they are still buzzing from their recent CELEBRATE 5! event, and are gearing up for their 3rd annual Great Harvest community event. With the success from last year’s Pumpkin Harvest event, Great Park has requested Utopia Entertainment, Inc. aid them in this year’s design and production. “Utopia’s innovative creativity, exceptional project management skills and wonderful personalities are why we keep coming back to them. When we hire Utopia we know we are getting the best team possible,” states Karena Lee, Program Coordinator for the Great Park. This year’s Great Park event will include festivities such as a pumpkin patch, children’s arts activities, carnival-style games, food and drinks, kids costume parade, candy stations, specialty acts, spooky hangar, petting zoo and many additional surprises.
Norm Kahn, CEO of Utopia said, “Bringing communities together through the celebration of the holidays is by far our company’s favorite type of event to create, and we are honored to be chosen again to produce these holiday celebrations.”
Utopia Entertainment will act as the Event Designer and Producer and shall provide event planning services, production management, graphic design, décor design, production & technical services and will work directly with the City of Irvine and the City of Beverly Hills in the management of their holiday Extravaganzas.
