LOS ANGELES, CA. – November 20, 2001 - Utopia Entertainment, Inc. has expanded into the European market as a leading entertainment provider with the formation of Utopia Entertainment International, S.L.

Todd Hougland has been appointed the Managing Director of Utopia Entertainment International, S.L. and shall oversee the activities of the company from its headquarters in Madrid, Spain. Mr. Hougland joins Utopia from his most recent post of Senior Production Manager for Soundelux Showorks in Orlando, FL. “For the past 10 years, Todd has worked throughout the US and abroad managing the development and installation of live show attractions and themed development. We are thrilled that he’s joined our company as he will be instrumental in facilitating the growth of our business throughout Europe and the rest of the World”, states Danny Burzlaff, President of Utopia Entertainment.

Mr. Hougland’s first order of business is to support Warner Brothers Movie World, Madrid during its first year of operations. Planned to open in April 2002, this world-class theme park shall feature several large-scale live shows and Utopia Entertainment has been hired to provide Operational Consultation during the first operating season. “I look forward to working with everyone at Utopia to create a world class operation in Europe” stated Mr. Hougland.
