UTOPIA ENTERTAINMENT FACILITATES PRODUCTION ELEMENTS FOR NEW SHOW AT TREASURE ISLAND HOTEL AND CASINO IN LAS VEGAS

LAS VEGAS, NV – October 26, 2003 - Utopia Entertainment Inc, a full service design and Production Company, recently finished an installation project for Treasure Island Hotel and Casino’s newest show, The Sirens of Ti.

Utopia designed, produced and installed various thematic elements for the debut show of The Sirens of Ti, celebrating Treasure Island’s 10th Anniversary. Included in the project was a 20’ wide by 28’ tall projection screen in the shape of a sail, a multi-camera and pre-recorded video system and the installation of a 7’ tall and 18’ long red velour circular Austrian drape.

Some of the technical components included in the project were a one (1) second disappearance of the sail-shaped projection screen and a video control system with remote control operated cameras for live switching and effects during the show.

“Utopia impressed all of us with their ability to perform on such short notice. It took them just under 30 days, from start to finish, to complete the project and we couldn’t be happier with the results,” stated Chip Croop, Executive Director of Entertainment Operations.

The Sirens of Ti show (a Trademark of the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino), created by award-winning director and choreographer Kenny Ortega, is a production featuring a clash between a group of beautiful, tempting sirens and a band of renegade pirates.
